The continent is currently in a state of ruin following the [[Timeline of History|Second Mysterious Incident]] in 5,000 ATF. Its once-great nations now lie in shambles.

Asvelda's geography is diverse due to its composite nature.

* The '''central and southern part''' is formed from the "Vanaheim Plate" and features fantastic landscapes, lush environments, and extreme climates, from scorching deserts to frozen plains. The architecture is reminiscent of ancient Greece and fantastical nature-infused designs.
